Rumyana Evstatieva

Movement has been my language since childhood - I went through competitive sport and ultramarathons, constantly discovering new limits. That path led me to physiotherapy too, where I realized something key: the body is only the visible part, while the real engine is our mind.

Today I don't believe in ready-made templates, and I don't try to simply "fix" the problem. I work holistically, connecting the physical with the emotional, because the best results come when we're a team. I'm here to help you find balance and freedom in your own body.

Why KINEZIS

Real change doesn't happen by template. That's why I choose to work individually and with a limited number of people a day. That gives us the calm we need to build habits, a personal connection, and results that bring lasting ease into your everyday life.

  • Assessment before every decision - we measure and observe, we don't guess.
  • One therapist from start to finish - we know your history.
  • Clinical foundation, calm environment - no rush, no noise.

When I decided to get back to training after giving birth, it was important for me to find an instructor who would work around my individual needs - and I’m so happy I found Rumi. She’s incredibly attentive and positive, and tailors every session to how I’m feeling and my level of readiness. The studio itself is wonderful too - clean, cozy, modern, with a lovely atmosphere. I recommend Rumi and the studio wholeheartedly to anyone looking for quality Reformer Pilates and a genuinely professional approach! (translated from Bulgarian)

The studio is very welcoming and cozy, and Rumi is a fantastic professional with a special approach to everyone, as well as a very warm and positive person! After physiotherapy with her I feel reborn - the pain is gone and I feel so much better. I’m very happy with her and warmly recommend her services! (translated from Bulgarian)

My new favorite place - the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Rumi is a fantastic specialist and person! I’m happy that it’s all backed by real results. I’d been struggling with back and lower-back issues for years, and the combined approach we use (massage, acupuncture and training) delivered results in under a month. I’ve almost forgotten the constant discomfort and the stiff, aching body every morning. We keep working together - I trust her completely! (translated from Bulgarian)
